Organized by ICC Italia and the ICC Dispute Resolution Services, the 3rd edition of the ICC Italia Arbitration Forum took place in Rome on 9th October 2025.
About ICC Italia Arbitration Forum
The Forum represents ICC Italia’s annual event dedicated to the Italian arbitration community, providing a unique space for dialogue among institutions, general counsels, practitioners, businesses, law firms and academia. With the participation of the ICC International Court of Arbitration® and the support of leading legal professionals, the Forum encourages open discussion on the evolution of international commercial arbitration and its practical applications in the Italian context.
Building on the success of the previous editions held in Milan and Rome, the 3rd ICC Italia Arbitration Forum hosted in-depth discussions on the present and future of ICC arbitration and ADR, exploring practical challenges, sector-specific dynamics and evolving regulatory frameworks.
